一、(P₂O₅)Phosphoric anhydride

5.The physical and chemical properties of product：white, shapeless powder or white snowflakes shape hexagonal crystal，relative density 2.39（specific weight 2.39），boiling point is 347℃，and turn into shapeless glass at subliming temperature, melting point 563℃，it would polymerize into tetragon crystal (P₄O₁₀）at higher temperature.

　　It's easy for them to absorb the moisture in the atmosphere, and promptly deliquesce. When dissolved in water, it can send out considerable amount of heat to produce metaphosphoric acid, charred phosphoric acid, and ortho-phosphoric acid.

　　Phosphoric anhydride has strong affinity to water, and may capture compound water from other chemicals, for instance, it may dehydrate the sulfuric acid, nitric acid, ethanol, but it is insoluble in acetone and ammonia water.

6.Application：
　　It is used as the material for manufacturing highly pure phosphoric acid, phosphate salts and ester, and designed for refinement of antistatic agent or salts. Other applications includes desiccating agent for gas and liquid 0and the dehydrating agent for organic synthetic, and it may also used to manufacture emulsion opal glass for optics glass, vitaglass, and widely used to manufacture the surfactant and catalysis for medicine, pesticide, dyestuff, and petrolchem, etc..
